Artist Statement
"The Gray Agenda is the title of a series of paintings in a combination of acrylic and dry media I have worked on for about 1 1/2 years. What gave the series its name and what is one unifying element is the choice of a neutral gray color as a base for all these paintings. In most paintings the gray background retains a strong presence offsetting largely black and white line drawings of figures in motion (sometimes juxtaposed with geometrical or architectural shapes) accentuated with bold strokes of often vivid colors that emphasize a sense of gesture and movement."
