The Center for the Arts is proud to announce the first artist - watercolor & oil painter, John Hewitt - to teach in our new Guest Artist Program for 2008! The Center is bringing nationally known artists to the Center. Each will offer three to five day workshops.

Now you can participate in a workshop without traveling from home! To kick off this season's program, American Watercolor Society watercolor and oil painter, John Hewitt will start at the Center, with the first day of painting in the Van Gogh room. The following days participants will go to an outdoor location where John will demonstrate and instruct. Each afternoon the group will return to the Center for a critique session.
